What is Holistic Life Coaching and is it right for me?
Holistic Life Coaching sessions are designed for empaths, Highly Sensitive People, and recovering people pleasers who are interested in gaining deeper levels of self-awareness in order to reconnect with their authentic selves,
Sessions include a combination of the following:
- mindfulness coaching
- boundaries work
- relationship coaching
- shadow work
- inner child work
- grief work
- meaning making and getting clear on one's unique Soul path
I also often use Astrology and Tarot in session as a means for personal growth and exploration for those who are interested. This is in no way expected or required. Read more about my philosophy here.
Is Holistic Life Coaching the same as Therapy?
No. Holistic Life Coaching sessions are different than psychotherapy in that they are not designed to address acute states of trauma or to do deep trauma work. They are also not designed to treat and/or diagnose mental illness.
These sessions are most ideal for folks who are high functioning, have already addressed or are already successfully managing any significant mental health issues, and who are highly motivated to participate in their own personal growth and healing.
